Hold on a comprehensive counter until we resolve the two threshold issues: guaranty and square footage. If The Stick won't provide a personal guaranty in any form, this deal is unlikely to meet landlord underwriting requirements. The SF discrepancy must also be resolved before rent economics can be meaningfully negotiated since all figures are PSF-driven. Would like to discuss the LOC alternative with ownership before the next round.
